Coach Day is in his 9th year of teaching and coaching with his 2nd year at South Hills. He is a product of Euless Trinity High School where he earned all district honors in baseball and all state honors in football. He graduated from Tarleton State University with a degree in Kinesiology and played football for the Texans. Coach Day is married to his wife Kristi for 4 years and has 5 kids: Tyler (15), Miles (10), Rachel (9), Kamilla (8) and Dotti (3). Outside of teaching and coaching, Coach Day loves spending time with family and friends, camping, cooking and living life to the fullest.
